Running a business
For the past two years, I took on the creative challenge of starting an animation business with my partner. We took on a multitude of different briefs, from mental health awareness to music videos, Idents to AR installations.
MTV IDENT
We were contacted by MTV to produce a short Ident in between shows with the theme of "Mystery." It was a great opportunity to expand my stylistic capabilities, as I looked to comic/noire influences.
ELSIE AND RUBIN
One of our first briefs was a music video for Jack Walton, an X-factor semi-finalist. It was a really creative project and gave me a lot of insight into how to interact with clients, as well as how to plan and structure a feature animation.
BAGGAGE
We wanted to raise awareness for world reef day and an issue we felt like tackling was our society's overuse of plastic bags. It was shared around on social media and Leventhorpe secondary school even contacted us asking to showcase it to one of their classes!
Meditation - Fiverr
I was asked by Fiverr to help alleviate anxiety by making a set of animations to time breathing. The animations were featured on Fiverr's Instagram account!
